What was done:
1. Analysis of competitors.
As a result, an action plan was developed:
- Target Audiences were identified
- Advertisements and creatives were created with plans to update them
- A schedule for launching advertising campaigns was created
- Bitrix24 CRM-system was integrated
2. Launching a targeted advertising campaign in order to receive applications.
In total, five main target audiences were identified.
The ad system implied a video invitation, individual for each audience.

3. Moderation of advertising campaigns and application analytics.
- Non-working or poorly convertible ads were disabled, which allowed to reduce the application price by 2 times, and the value of the transaction by 8 times.
- A transaction cycle was determined, as well as triggers for each audience, which facilitated the work of the sales department
- End-to-end analytics was built, which allowed planning work over longer distances
Results:
Total applications received - 5478.
The average application price is 0,75 USD.
Contracts concluded - 335 for a total amount of more than 100 000 USD.
